WHERE AND WHEN WE SHIP
Products ordered through our Site can be shipped only to Europe.
All Products will be sent from our warehouse based in San Donà di Piave – Venice, Italy, and any return must be sent back to this facility.
All orders placed before 9.30 a.m. will be delivered to our trusted courier on the same day and it will take approximately 5-7 business days to reach your destination.
The shipping will be performed by ordinary courier during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays or local festivities).
Please take into consideration that:
· delivery terms are given by way of example and do not include any delay due to payment authorization procedures;
· Orders will be processed according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale;
· it is not possible to change destination for your Order once the Products have been sent.
This Returns Policy applies to all Products bought through ALESSANDRA CHAMONIX’s Site.
Please take note that we do not accept any return of products which have not been bought through this Site.
We hope that your purchase experience at ALESSANDRA CHAMONIX e-shop has been satisfactory to you. However, we understand that you might be willing to return one Product or all Products you have bought from us. Products which might have been sent to you by mistake, or unfinished, damaged or defective, or in respect of which you have just changed your mind, can be returned to us by following the instructions described below and abiding by the timing specified therein.
Please take note that all Returns must be sent back to our warehouse based in Venice, Italy.
Reasons for Returns
If you have changed your mind and wish to return your Products, you can send them back to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will refund you the cost of the Products, but not the shipping charges borne by you upon your order placement.
The Returns of non-conforming Products not in compliance with those described on the Site (as regards clear imperfections, which can be easily identified, for example the colour of the Product) must be performed within two (2) months of receipt of the Product. Returns performed beyond such deadline will be accepted at our discretion only.
Cancellation of your Order pursuant to the Distance Selling Regulations: if you are a consumer/ customer living in an EU country, you are entitled to cancel your Order placed in our e-shop pursuant to the provisions set forth in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (DSRs)
If you wish to cancel your Order pursuant to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to ten (10) business days, starting from the receipt of your Products, to withdraw from your contract with ALESSANDRA CHAMONIX. In this case, you will be fully refunded and such refund will include also all shipping charges borne by you upon your order placement.
You’re kindly requested to follow the instructions for returns as they are set forth in the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations, according to which you will have to comply with the following:
· to inform us of your decision to resolve the Contract within ten (10) business days, starting from the receipt of your Products, by notifying that in writing via recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery, to the following address:

· to return the Products to us in compliance with the procedure specified in the following section: “How to perform Returns”.
· to return us, at your expense, the whole Order, if you have already received it. In all cases, the Products must be in the same condition and wrapped in the same packaging, which they have originally been supplied with, and must be unworn.
If you decide to return your Products pursuant to the Distance Selling Regulations, all shipping charges borne by you upon your order placement will be fully refunded to you.
The cost for the return of your Products, on the contrary, will be charged to you. Generally, we will arrange the process of your refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your Returns. However, we kindly ask you to allow us, over particularly busy working periods, a 30-day time for refund.
HOW TO PERFORM RETURNS
If available, complete the fields relating to returns, which are on the delivery note (accompanying the package containing your Products), by indicating which Products you are returning and why you want to return them, unless you are exercising your right of withdrawal. In this last case you do not have to indicate any reasons. If you are not in the possession of the delivery note enclosed with the Products received by you, please contact us.
You are kindly requested to return Products in their original packages, if available, complete with all their accessories and/or user manuals, together with the delivery note duly filled in by you as described above.
All Products returned will be inspected by us.
It is your responsibility to prove that the Products have been duly returned, by sending them via recorded delivery postal service, or by any other similar delivery system, which can provide evidence of shipping and delivery dates. You are recommended to return your Products by appropriate means, which can allow you to track them until final delivery and enable you to take out an insurance policy to cover your Products’ value. We shall not be liable for returned Products that may be damaged or lost during transport while you are having them sent back.
Before returning any Product to us, please make sure that you have:
· filled in the delivery note as explained above;
· enclosed all accessories and any other material supplied to you, unless otherwise specified;
· used the whole packaging, in which your Product was originally wrapped, if available;
· enclosed your Order Confirmation or any other purchase evidence (save for the return of a gift);
· checked that the return address, as shown in the delivery note, is clearly readable on the outside of your parcel;
· sealed your parcel securely.
You will be duly informed via e-mail when the Products you have returned have been received by us. If you have received the Products as a gift, you will have to notify your e-mail address, so we will be able to contact you, should we need to. As an alternative, the Products may be sent back to the actual purchaser. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment card, or any other payment instrument, used to make the purchase.
Products are intended to be defective if they are damaged when they have been received, or if manufacturing defects become evident within two (2) years after purchase. Products which are damaged because they have been worn, whose faulty condition is a consequence of use, shall not be considered defective.
If it is possible, we will arrange for the repair of the defective items. If you want that your Product is replaced, please keep in mind that we can only exchange it for the same Product of the same size, subject to availability. If it is not possible to repair or replace such Product, you will be fully refunded.
In the unlikely event that your Product shows a defect which is not provided for in our Returns Policy, please contact us.
TO GET A REFUND
In case you submit a request for a Return while exercising your right of withdrawal, we will arrange for your refund no later than thirty (30) days of our acknowledgment that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
Please take into consideration that we will not start to process your Refund before receiving the Products. Once we have received them, we:
will check on the Products you have sent back to us to ascertain whether they are defective, damaged or whether they match the standard features as described on the Site;
if the garments are defective, damaged or not in compliance with those described on the Site: (a) we will repair your Products, should it be technically and commercially feasible, or we will exchange them for new ones, non-defective and conforming, equivalent to those described on the Site, or (b) we will refund the price paid for the Products (and any shipping charges borne by you). In the event that you ask for the repair or replacement of the Products and we are not able to repair or replace the Products, we will refund you the price paid for the Products (and any shipping charges borne by you).
We will credit the sum for your Products by refunding the same payment card you have used to pay them. As an alternative, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged Products approximately within fourteen (14) days and, at any rate, no later than thirty (30) days of receipt of your Returns. Please be advised that the bank transfer could take up to ten (10) business days for the crediting of the Refund on your card, depending on the times needed for its processing. Time frames vary depending on the issuer of credit cards and, unfortunately, we cannot exert any influence on them to establish timing.
At any rate, if the Products are defective, damaged or not in compliance with those described on the Site, we will refund you the full shipping charges borne by you to send them back to us, provided always that you submit to us satisfactory evidence of your expenses. If the evidence requested is not submitted to us, we will refund only the sum we will estimate for the performance of your shipment.
If the Products are returned to us by exercising your right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code, or for reasons other than the defective, damaged or non-confirming status compared to the standard features described on the Site, expenses related to shipping will be borne by you.
IF THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED BACK TO US DO NOT TURN OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED AND INSTEAD THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THOSE DESCRIBED ON THE SITE, OR IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED BY EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL, PURSUANT TO CLAUSE 8 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND AND THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE FOWARDED TO YOU AGAIN.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the Products you have already ordered. If you want to receive another type of Product or a Product of different size, you are kindly requested first to perform a return and ask for the relevant refund, then to place a new order for the selected Product. Please take into consideration that, in this case, we will not be able to refund you any shipping charges.
All Products must be returned by forwarding them to our warehouse in San Donà di Piave – Venice – Italy.
If you are not in the possession of the delivery note you have received enclosed with your Products, please contact us.
If you receive a wrong Product, you are kindly requested to contact us immediately. All Products are subjected to quality control and further checks to the purpose of finding out any defects or manufacturing faults before consignment. In the event that you receive a Product which is not in perfect condition, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.
Please arrange only for one shipment including all the Products you are going to return and related to the to the same Order, so that you can be sure that we will run your Return in the shortest time possible.
It is recommended to return the Products in their original package, if available, to ensure that they will be adequately protected during transport. We will not be liable for Products that might be damaged or lost while shipping them back to us.
